Property and roof surveys

Anything on or about a building you cannot get to: roof coverings, ridges, valleys, chimneys, gutters, flat roofs and cladding.

  • The whole roof photographed slope by slope, plus ridges, hips, valleys and abutments
  • Chimney stacks, pots, flaunching, flashings and soakers
  • Gutters, outlets, downpipes and the fall of any flat roof
  • Elevations, render, cladding, fascias and anything on a wall you cannot see from the ground

Land and site surveys

Land, fields, farms and development sites, where the useful thing is a picture of the whole shape of a place rather than a close-up of one detail.

  • A set of near-vertical photographs covering the whole area, flown to a consistent height
  • A single stitched top-down image of the site where that is the useful output
  • Oblique shots from each side, which is what makes levels and slopes readable
  • Boundary features, access points, hardstanding, water courses and services visible on the surface

Photographs and video

Pictures rather than a report: a house going on the market, a business that wants proper images of its own premises, a venue, a view, an event.

  • Edited high resolution stills, framed for the use you have told us about
  • 6K video where video is part of the brief, cut or supplied as clips
  • Ground level shots as well as aerial ones where they make the set work
  • Files supplied for your own use, with no licence limit on where you put them
